RACE For Mental Health
Follow Braden Usher on his journey across Canada!
We are following and supporting Braden Usher on his adventure, RACE for Mental Health across Canada. Braden is cycling solo across Canada, more than 8000km from coast to coast.
The Ride Across Canada Expedition (R.A.C.E.) Campaign will,
1. Breakdown barriers and overcome the fear of stigma,
2. Raise $25,000 to revolutionize mental health through jack.org
3. Inspire Canadians to discover their potential
Braden owns a health & wellness coaching business at 25 years old. He finds great joy in his own training, and is constantly challenging himself.

RACE Against Mental Health is in support of Jack.org
Jack.org is Canada’s only charity training and empowering young leaders to revolutionize mental health in every province and territory. Through Jack Talks, Jack Chapters, and Jack Summits, young leaders identify and dismantle barriers to positive mental health in their communities. And through ambitious innovations in youth mental health like Be There, we give people the mental health resources they need to educate themselves.
