The spring market is heating up in the Southern Georgian Bay area!
Nearly one-quarter of Canadians were in the market for a new home over the past year but with climbing interest rates and fluctuating inventory; over 60% of buyers decided to hit pause on house hunting last year.
In a recent Royal LePage study, more than a quarter of Canadians who put their house purchase plans on hold last year are interested in resuming their search this spring!
